No. Due to the nature of the product, digital activation codes or license keys are non-refundable once the code/key is uploaded to your account, as noted on the product listing on our website.
To find your code/key:
Log into your account to view your order and check the tracking number field for the code/key. For security reasons, we cannot send you the code/key through email or chat.
Follow the Redemption Instructions on the product listing to redeem your digital download. Specific Redemption Instructions are located at the bottom of the product listing (More Info) on our website.
If you find the code does not work, or you need technical support with your order, please contact us and we will contact the seller on your behalf for additional help.
