Order Changes/Updates


There is only a very short window in which edits or updates can be applied because our systems are designed to get orders shipped to customers as quickly as possible

For this reason, if you see anything about your order that you need to change (size, color, shipping address, etc.), we ask that you cancel your order immediately and place another one with the updated information. 

To cancel your order make sure you're logged into the same account that you used to place it and follow the link below to the marketplace you ordered from.

 We are currently working on finding ways to extend the window for orders to be updated, but until we are able to do that the best way to guarantee that you receive your order the way you want is to cancel and re-place your order.
