Most items are covered by our 30-day warranty (unless otherwise noted) but for peace of mind, we offer extended warranties for 1 to 3 years on many of our products through Consumer Priority Service (CPS). They cover everything except clothing and drugs.

If you purchased the extended warranty with your order, CPS will automatically send an email to the account on file with your personal warranty number (see below). It's important that you keep this for your records. Please be on the lookout in your inbox or spam/junk email for this.
We also offer shipping insurance through Route! This service covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages. This is optional to add but we highly recommend it. Visit their Route+ Claim Policies article for more information on their coverage.
