In an effort to keep customer information secure Facebook is changing their marketplace policies.
Rather than send customers email addresses to third-party sellers Facebook will be using a tokenized emailing system to correspond.
We have encountered some issues with customers placing orders using old or deactivated email addresses. When this happens we are unable to get in touch with customers regarding their orders.
If you open a support request through Facebook and do not hear back from us within 3 business days please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please read the Best Practices For Emailing Support article before reaching out to ensure we get all the necessary information to process your request as quickly as possible!
