We are only able to issue refunds back to the original payment method used when your order was placed. Refunds generally show in your account within 5-7 business days from when they're issued depending on your bank or financial institution. If you still don't see your refund after that period please send us a request so we can look further into your case. 

We cannot assist with returns or requests at our office. We completely understand if you'd prefer to resolve your issue in person, but unfortunately, our office is not set up to accept returns.
