Best Practices For Emailing Support

We have an awesome support team who loves helping out our customers! Our team's goal is to resolve every request as quickly and accurately as possible! I wrote this article to let our customers know the best ways to reach out to us so we can obtain all the information we need to get your request taken care of!

If your inquiry is in regard to a specific order, we’ll need your order number to assist you. If you can’t find your order number, we can locate it using the email address on the order or the tracking number. 

In some situations, we’ll need photos to get an idea of how we can best assist you.

In every scenario, it’s always a good idea to let us know how you’d like us to resolve your request.

Please include as many details as possible.  The better we understand what’s going on, the better we’ll be able to assist you! 

Please do not send us multiple requests for the same issue as this makes it take longer for us to find resolutions. Once you've sent your request we'll get back to you as soon as we come across it and let you know if there's any more information we need!
