Charlie was created to give customers a way to get immediate assistance with their orders. If he can't help you right away, he gets together all the information our customer support agents need to get your request processed as quickly as possible!
So how does this work?
Throughout your conversation, Charlie searches our systems for all relevant information to determine how our customer service team can best assist you!
As you answer questions, your responses are logged and added to a support request ticket that is sent to our support team.
When Charlie asks a question please include all information a single message with all the necessary information.
If you have too much information to send in a single message you can add comments by emailing us once you receive your support reference number!
Any feedback you have is greatly appreciated and can be sent at the end of your conversation!

-Please don’t send messages unless prompted and send single message replies when you’re asked a question.
-Try to be as descriptive as possible so we can get the best understanding of how we can help.
-At the end of the conversation, you’ll be given a ticket reference number that you can use to email any additional comments that you may have.
